Hyrie Wellness Refund & Returns Policy

At Hyrie Wellness, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our wellness, skincare, and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The item was received damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was received.
  • The product remains unopened and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
